C & K Property Refurbs Ltd is built around over 30 years of construction experience, providing property refurbishments, renovations, maintenance and multi-trade projects across Wirral, Liverpool and Chester.
As the business grew, the skills and experience developed through Eco Decor naturally became part of the wider C&K service. Eco brought strong expertise in plastering, decorating and specialist finishes, while C&K focused on larger refurbishment, maintenance and property improvement projects.
Bringing everything together under one company means our customers now have one trusted team to manage more of the work from start to finish.
Today, C&K can support projects ranging from property maintenance and individual room improvements to kitchens, bathrooms, reconfiguration, commercial work and complete refurbishments — with plastering, decorating and specialist finishes forming part of the final service where needed.
The Eco name may be changing, but the same care, preparation, workmanship and attention to detail remain firmly part of how C&K works today.
Carl - Director
With over 30 years of experience in the construction and building sector, Carl brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to every project. A qualified plumber, plasterer, Venetian plaster specialist, and time-served painter and decorator, he’s truly a master of his craft. His wider practical experience spans tiling, joinery and many aspects of property refurbishment. making him an invaluable all-rounder on site. Known for his meticulous eye for detail and passion for quality workmanship, Carl ensures every job is completed to the highest standard.
Kieran - Director
Kieran, Carl’s son, has been involved in the building trade for as long as he can remember — starting out as a youngster helping his dad on jobs (and earning his pocket money along the way!). After officially joining the industry, he qualified as a painter and decorator at 19 and has continued to expand his skills ever since. Now a director alongside Carl, Kieran brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a practical, can-do attitude to every project. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving skills, he can turn his hand to almost any trade, ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.
Diane
Business Development Manager
Di is Carl’s wife and the driving force behind the business’s organisation and growth. After spending 20 years working in education, Di joined the family business to take charge of administration, marketing and business development — freeing Carl up to focus on what he does best on-site. With her background in management and communication, Di keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from client liaison and scheduling to paperwork and planning. Her warm, down-to-earth approach ensures clients feel supported every step of the way, and her commitment to the team has been a huge part of the business’s continued success.
